About the Author
Mike Adamo is an author and expert in recruitment. He has worked as a headhunter and inside a company as a member of HR. During his 17-year recruiting career, Mike has been involved in hiring thousands of people. Mike holds a B.S. in Exercise Science and a M.S. in Exercise Physiology from James Madison University. In 1999 Mike thru-hiked the entire Appalachian Trail, walking from Georgia to Maine in 103 days to raise money for the American Cancer Society with cancer survivor Steve Beggs. Mike was born in Long Island and currently lives in Southern California. When he is not managing his recruitment company at www.MedDeviceTalent.com or providing career and recruitment advice on his blog at www.mrAdamo.com, you can find him spending time with family, training for marathons, or sailing his boat Headhunter.
