The seat is held on with a round rod fixed to the bottom of the seat which goes through holes in top and bottom of the frame pipe. It has a bolt with a T handle that screws in from the side against the rod to hole the seat at desired elevation. No matter how tight you screw it the seat still rotates when riding. If the rod were D shaped so the bolt tightens against the flat side it would solve the problem.
But then I am a 45 year metal fabricator and always looking to improve upon things
