Top Customer Reviews
The book's uniqueness lies in its large number of interviews in which well-known athletes across a wide spectrum of team and individual sports candidly reveal their own experiences in youth sports and even the experiences of their own kids. These athletes' ideas and stories are the heart of the book. This is combined with simple psychologically-based ideas for handling varied situations- with coaches, teammates, other parents, etc. As a concerned parent or mentor, many of your questions will be answered.
