Randrick Chance (or simply "Chance") is a U.S. Navy veteran, Author, Speaker, Pastor, and Lifestyle Coach. After enjoying a successful naval career - earning various awards, multiple Sailor-of-the-Quarter, and swift promotions, Chance transitioned from the military to civilian life and pursued another rewarding career field - humanitarian relief. His service to the needy has now taken him to over 25 countries on 6 continents.
He was the special projects and office manager, fundraising director, and missions coordinator for the National Association for the Prevention of Starvation (NAPS) - a mission-driven youth relief organization in Huntsville, Alabama. Chance and his B.M.W (Beautiful Marvelous Wife), Rhonitta, enjoy bringing physical and spiritual relief to thousands of suffering and underserved people - both in the U.S. and around the world. They have conducted outreach campaigns in some of the most neglected and at-risk cities in America and in countries such as Zimbabwe, Madagascar, Botswana, Mozambique, Zambia, Liberia, Suriname, Kenya, and Tanzania - transforming the lives of thousands as a result.
Over the past 19 years, Chance has acquired extensive training, experience, and knowledge in Management, Leadership, Business, Human Resources Management, Fundraising, Project Management, Non-Profit Administration, Humanitarian Relief, Evangelism, and Missionary Operations. He is a graduate of Central Texas College, Columbia College, Andrew Jackson University, Amazing Facts College of Evangelism, and American Graduate University.
Mr. Chance is also the Founder of Strategic Secrets and the Co-Founder/ Executive Director of 7th Seal Missions Resources. Since he has been involved in the Non-Profit arena, he has implemented strategic fundraising plans that helped grass root organizations raise over $2 million. He uses his military experience and training to help others to discover their passions and pursue meaningful service and career endeavors.
Because Chance and his B.M.W (Beautiful Marvelous Wife) - Rhonitta, are passionate about inspiring faith in others, learning, and teaching, they have again recently transitioned. This time, into pastoral work where he provides spiritual encouragement and education to two congregations in Texas, two in Kenya, and three in Tanzania. On the home front, he enjoys soccer, tennis, writing, and spending both quality and quantity time with Rhonitta, and their new son, Joel. Together, they travel frequently and lead very productive lives.
