About the Author
WALTER J KNAPP, a veteran of the United States Navy, graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, with a degree in history. He has concentrated his research on Native American studies for almost three decades. Recently, he retired as an instructor of Native American Culture at The University of North Georgia continuing education department. After twenty years in the world of banking and finance, he expanded his interests to include freelance writing. Walter has written two novels, A Ranger’s Revenge which explores actual 19th-century events and their effect on Native American culture, and Through The Eyes of an Assassin, a modern day thriller with a Native American protagonist. In addition, he has written numerous magazine articles covering aviation and aviation related topics. Walter also enjoys reading, horseback riding, hiking and camping in his spare time. Married with two adult children, and four grandchildren. Walter resides in Roswell, Georgia and can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
