my kids loved it and it help them to improve there speed on math, there grades and lower the time spent on home work.
it help me at work, you never know how much math you do in a day in my field of Electronics in till you pay attention that you are not using a calculator. this book makes it so easy to find the answer without a calculator.
I have the second book that is a continuation of this and is a good book too.
More Rapid Math: Tricks and Tips: 30 Days to Number Mastery
I highly recommend the book.
