- Reviewed in the United States on January 5, 2021Not sure why "warmth" is a question in review, but if you make a Pwnagotchi like I did out of this thing, it'll keep a pocket slightly warm I suppose.
This worked exactly as any other Pi Zero, and made perfect work for the aforementioned Pwnagotchi.
- Reviewed in the United States on July 10, 2025Fantastic micro computer kit.
More like a booster kit, where the intention is that you've already had some experience setting one of these devices up.
The adapters that it comes with are solid, and definitely have a quality heft to them.
Everything was packaged in anti-static bags, and had the details of the product printed on a label.
Single-core unit, packs a punch, especially if you have a heat-sink so you can overclock the device for better performance. Great for creating handheld controllers, retro-emulations, or just playing around with linux to learn the basics. A wonderful cheap little bundle.
The case plastic is solid, clean, and has a wonderful finger felt texture.
The lid and backing snap together nicely, and is actually held in place well enough where I had to use a plastic divider to separate the case. Which is a bonus in my eyes, I'd rather have a case be solid, then wiggle.
Includes 3 case tops for you to choose from, which is nice.
However, 2/3 are kind of useless with the hat-header soldered on. I'd had given it 5 stars, but the soldered hat, made it pointless to include 2 of the cases lids.
I'd rather have had an extra USB cable, a 8gb micro SD card instead, or even a heat sink.

PhilReviewed in Canada on July 27, 20235.0 out of 5 stars Overvalued!!
Well the price is 4 times overvalue, you should work on that. Include two source of power, a battery holder that you can use and another a power pack, then the price you want will be reflected accordingly.

I immediately printed myself a case to attach this device directly to the cameras and lenses I am worming with. It is so small that you can basically forget about it. I am considering turning it into a tiny portable keychain computer.
