I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to start a raw diet. They teach you how to do it and to be healthy. They teach you how the diet works from a scientific standpoint and the chef in book has made some really great recipes.
Easy to use and lovely recipes. The measures are even extra put put in for square headed Norwegians
The book also take in to consideration that we should not use to much fat in the raw diet..
I had Diabetes 2 and after 10 days on this diet my morning blood sugar is 95/5,3..
I`ve stopped using medicine for Diabetes !
