About the Author
Hila Susanne Bewilogua is a German Kundalini and Ishta Yoga teacher with great knowledge and experience of Ayurvedic teachings. She became a qualified chef and cooking coach in the early 1990s.
Her plant-based journey began in the 1980s when she noticed what impact certain foods had on her well being.
In 1996 Hila left Germany to explore the world and continued her studies of yoga and deepened her knowledge of other cultures' eating habits.
Her passion is to connect people and help understand how the body and mind responds based on their diets and exercise habits.
Preparing and sharing food is a wonderful way to create unforgettable memories. Including physical exercises and meditation to a balanced diet is the key to a healthy life. There's a universal understanding when uniting people to exercise and eat together, even if they may not speak the same language.
Hila also known as Zen Lady, aims to be able to inspire people to have a vegetable-based diet in mind. Making raw vegan food does not mean that you have to become a complete raw foodie or vegan.
