Lista signs up to be in the games to pay for her mother's surgery, urged on by her selfish sister. She arrives on a planet and begins her journey hoping she is not caught, so that she can return to earth with her prize. What she didn't count on was that when she was caught, she would feel such a pull to the alien male. Maybe she will finally have someone to really care about her.
Razar is very hopeful of Lista agreeing to be his mate, she fits him perfectly in every way and she accepts his Deor which is already half way to the mating. Now he just has to convince her to stay and not go back to earth. Is she accepts the mating, his 9 brothers will have a chance at getting their own mates.
Delightful and passionate story, I totally enjoyed the quick courting. How can a girl resist the big hunk?
I enjoyed the premise of the book very much and the story flowed nicely. The for a short story the main characters had a good bit of development, you got to see what their true personality was like. For what this book is supposed to represent I believe it was well written. I don't believe this book would be for everyone, because you have to like reading about futuristic dystopia, alien travel, and shape-shifters. So with that said if you like a combination of those above characteristics you should enjoy this short read into a little fantasy.
It starts out making you think she will not accept her mate but then he win her over.
Sci-Fi/paranormal romance readers would greatly enjoy this story.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader's Copy of this book.
The story is different, unique, fast paced and well written but I wish
it was longer. I love the characters and the idea where the story is going.
I will look forward to reading more from the author.
