The keyboard is perfect for me, the spacing of the keys and wide touchpad is way better than the XPS13 I had. The audio quality is also very good, it gets very loud and clear. What I appreciate is that the keyboard lighting can go from very dim to bright, the screen can get very dim also and that combination is very good for your eyes at night. It's just so comfortable to use. This is a beautifully built machine that is ultraportable and could run games well enough. This is truly a jack of all trades but if you want the best gaming experience and do stuff like video editing you should be looking elsewhere. In my opinion you get the quality look, feel, good performance and ultra portability so that combination is just perfect for me. You can obviously get more for less but not in a slim and light package like this!
There are other aspects that you should keep in mind like thunderbolt and ports so you should check YouTube for these particulars.
I thought I had found the perfect replacement in the Razer 13, but sadly, it does not play well with docking stations. I reinstalled all my drivers for both types of docking stations (home and at the office), but I just keep getting all kinds of problems including constant notices of inadequate power being supplied when the docking station puts out something like 120w or whatever the Thunderbolt maximum is.
I emailed tech support and they confirmed that they do not recommend the computer be used with any docking stations, only with an external monitor. I wish I had known that before I bought it, I may have reconsidered my choice.
I love the computer itself; it's fast and powerful, light, sleek, and so wonderfully free of bloatware. If I had to make one major complaint about the build of the computer, I really hate how close the "del" key is to the power button. Quite a few times I've accidentally shut my computer down or put it into sleep just trying to erase some text.
Ah well, nothing is perfect. Overall, aside from the docking station issue, it's a great little machine.
I love that I can add a Bluetooth controller and play Xbox pass or steam games when I need a break.
I did compare it to a Rog Zephyrus g14. The Rog is more powerful, but I couldn’t get past the noise levels and the plastic body. So, having an aluminum body that is quieter, was more important and I was happy to pay the $$500 difference. It is a beautiful piece of machinery.
I do have a gaming PC, so I didn’t want or need a Razer Blade 15. I know the strengths and limitations of a gtx 1650ti.
Perfect gift if you have a kid in middle school-college. Just make sure you also include a wireless controller.

This is a good laptop for anyone who wants to move from home to the office with the same machine, and perform light gaming.
I was able to play PUBG on Low, 1080p 60+FPS
Remnant on Low, 1080P, 60FPS
Warzone was on the low side, 720p, some areas in the 45fps, most of the time in the 30 FPS. Not a good experience for me
In the end I didn't keep it, it was also a bit on the noisy side, but nothing unbearable like the Asus zephyrus line.
The Main reason Why I didn't keep it was battery life, it's totally inacceptable for an ultrabook to have 3-4 hours of battery life, I need 8-10. I understand I might fit some people's needs, It didn't suit mine
Finally Build quality is the best among Windows Laptops, I've always been an Apple fan for their laptop builds, this is on par if not superior to Apple's legendary Unibody enclosure
Closing statement is that the Laptop is OK for everything, but unfortunately excels at nothing
