I bought this controller because I have tendon issues that make it difficult to use my thumbs too much for gaming. This means that any game where I do lots of mashing face buttons, or clicking either stick, (so lots of games) causes problems very quickly.
This is the first controller I've found that has enough extra buttons to let me map all four face buttons and both sticks to additional, separate buttons away from my thumbs. This has been a godsend for me since most controllers have only four extra buttons to work with, so I was constantly having to change my controls for each game based off the most used buttons and mess with my muscle memory. With this, I map all four paddles to the face buttons and both extra top bumpers to the stick clicks, and I'm good to go for every game I want to play. This thing has honestly breathed life back into gaming with a controller for me, and I'm extremely happy it exists.
I'm tempted to give it 5 stars off of that alone, but there are a few gripes I have that I would happily pay $200+ for a new controller that fixes all these issues.
1. They cheaped out on the back paddles this time. The Razer Wildcat had the same soft, clicky switches as the face buttons, whereas this has what feels like cheap metal dome buttons. They work, but they're stiffer and less satisfying to press, and some are already starting to get a little mushy after only a year or so.
2. The RGB is dumb and incredibly bright out of the box. I shouldn't have to download an app off the windows or xbox store just to turn it off. Very obnoxious in public.
3. This is a weird/minor gripe, but I use it with an adapter for switch games and something about the left stick will not always register it being fully pushed in directions like left/right. Could be other factors like the adapter, but this is the only controller that has this issue, and it stops me from truly replacing other controllers when I literally can't dash consistently in Smash Ultimate.
I seriously hope we get another version of this controller, or another competitor in the space because as-is this is the only thing that meets my needs, even if I have my gripes.

It's been over a month since I purchased this controller, I took my time to test all it's features and now I'm ready to share my experience.1. The controller build quality is amazing, it feels like a premium product, the silver color on top really gives you the feeling you paid for a high quality device. The A,X,B,Y buttons have a clicky feeling and also a mouse-like sound, which is really pleasant to touch and hear. At first it took me some time to get used to it because compared to a regular Xbox controller, with the Wolverine Ultimate pressing the buttons is not as mushy, it's more like a tactile press, rather than the long press from regular controllers. After playing 2 sessions I got used to it.Apart from the A,X,B,Y buttons, only the M1 and M2 buttons have that clicky feeling, the rest of the buttons have the normal feeling of an xbox controller.2. The trigger stops work fine, I use the controller to play mostly Apex and really can tell shooting is much faster, as well as aiming. For other non Shooter games the controller works splendid. I mainly use the two extra buttons on top (M1, M2) for my gameplay, and out of the 4 buttons on the back I only use 1. I actually like the location of those buttons because since I don't use them, I don't feel they are on the way, I have big hands but never touch them unless I want to reach for them. So for me it's comfortable.3. I use the controller on PC, it's plug and play. The RGB is very bright and looks nice. I actually had to lower the brightness using the software. Now, regarding the software, I downloaded it from the Microsoft Store, it's called Razer Controller Setup for Xbox. You can change different lightning modes on the app, I stick to a solid color. You have 2 profiles you can choose from and set those up depending on the amount of sensitivity you want for the thumbsticks. Now it's important to mention that the sensitivity you choose will only be effective as long as you press and hold the M5 or M6 buttons. So let's say you want to be more accurate while sniping, you press the button while aiming and you will for sure notice the difference. I don't use this feature that much honestly, but perhaps in the future I'll dig into it.4. The software is not very responsive, it's slow and I think it can be improved. But for what its needed it worked fine.5. When I first played with the controller I noticed a very tiny drift on the right joystick. It wasn't much but still noticeable. After a few sessions it disappeared, very important to mention.In conclusion I'm very happy with this controller and would recommend it to anyone looking to be better at FPS. I'm a bot but it doesn't mean you will be LOL

Quiero ser muy claro, el producto supera las expectativas, sin embargo, después de 8 meses de un uso moderado/alto la palanca o stick derecho empezó a moverse por si sola (drifting) y uno de los botones traseros dejó de funcionar. Es importante mencionar que Amazon me daba una garantía por el producto de 30 días -.- por lo que no me cubrió.
Al investigar en la página de Razer, inmediatamente te das cuenta que el sporte para clientes es exclusivamente dentro de los Estados Unidos, por lo que incluso la llamada a soporte te cuesta cuando llamas desde México. Tomar en cuenta además que no hay opciones para llamar en español, por lo que si no lo hablas muy bien, te vas a topar con un enorme problema.
Una vez que me contacté con ellos, me hicieron mandar mi prueba de compra, mis datos personales y un video que demostrara el problema (una pesadilla para quienes no sabemos editar videos). Enviados los datos me comentaron que con gusto me cambiaban el control, pero que no hacen envíos a México. Por tanto lo que tenía que hacer era mandar mi control a algún amigo o familiar en EUA, que esa persona lo enviara a Razer (sin costo los envíos dentro de EUA) y ellos le enviarían uno nuevo o reparado que después mi contacto me podría enviar a México.
Revisé costos de envío desde el centro del país a Arizona y descubrí que de enviar mi control viejo y recibir el nuevo tenía que erogar aproximadamente $3,000.00 MXN cuando el control lo compré en $3,3350.00 MXN (en oferta), sin contar todo el tiempo que no iba a tener mi control para jugar.
En fin, si te gustó el control y no tienes problema con la imposibilidad de repararlo si presenta fallas adelante, repito, el control es excelente.

¡Update 5 de julio 2021!
Decidí comprar el control de nuevo pues una de las palancas traseras (m3) dejo de funcionar por completo... siendo menos especial pudiera haberle sacado más tiempo de uso cambiando la configuración y omitiendo el uso del botón defectuoso, por lo que aún así recomiendo todavía este control, le doy guerra y el control responde siempre.
Después de analizarlo, creo que este control de durará entre 8 y 12 meses funcionando a la perfección y mucho más si te adaptas a los fallos... dentro de la industria no creo.quw haya mejor opción.
No hablo del uso del control por que asumo que quien compra un control de estas características juega bastante.

Ya había leído muchos de los comentarios donde mencionan que les llega con algún problema como botones malos, drift, etc, pero aun asi decidí darle una oportunidad porque en mi experiencia he visto que eso sucede con prácticamente cualquier control, a veces salen buenos y otra veces no así se trate del mismo control, en mi caso los sticks no están centrados como se puede ver en las imágenes, ambos sticks están ligeramente hacia la izquierda, aunque en el derecho no es muy notable en el izquierdo si que lo es, no me causa (al menos de momento) ningun problema como drift o algun otro inconveniente, supongo que sigue dentro de la zona que el control toma como punto muerto así que funciona bien, es solo que en un control que suele tener un precio de lista de unos 3mil pesos eso me parece inaceptable, te anuncian el control como si tuviera una calidad impecable y pues no es así, tampoco me gustó mucho la sensación de los botones a, b, x, y, son muy cortos por así decirlo por lo que casi no se siente el "click" al presionarlo, se sienten mejor los originales del los xbox series, pero eso ya seria cuestión de gustos, fuera de eso no tengo más quejas la verdad.
Ahora en cuanto a lo bueno, tiene 6 botones extras programables, y se encuentran de una posición bastante cómoda, pero falta ver si me acostumbo a ellos o simplemente se queda en un extra que nunca usaré, pero si tienen funciones interesantes como por ejemplo aumentar o disminuir la sensibilidad al mantener presionado uno de esos botones, así por ejemplo en los shooters si quieres apuntar con mayor precisión presionas el gatillo y la mira se moverá muy despacio, lo sueltas y vuelve a la normalidad, y lo mismo si necesitas hacer giros rápidos por ejemplo, la sensibilidad se puede ajustar en su app pero aun no juego mucho con ello, tiene el control de audio directamente en el control, bastante sencillo de usar igual, basta presionar el botón y con el pad puedes subir y bajar el volumen (arriba, abajo) y también ajustar el volumen de la mezcla entre el chat y el juego (izquierda, derecha), tiene boton para silenciar el micrófono y los otros 2 botones son para programar los botones extras y para cambiar de perfiles por si quieres guardar más de una configuración de botones (creo que en la app se pueden hacer cuantos quieras pero en el control se pueden almacenar solo 2), la luz rgb es bastante sutil y luce bien, también se incluye un estuche y algunos extras, 2 sticks extras y D Pad, el D Pad extra no me gustó mucho ya que al igual que los botones a, b, x, y, casi no se siente el click, me gustó más el que viene por defecto pero para juegos de peleas creo que debe ser mejor al tener la cruz completa, los sticks aunque en lo personal no siento que hagan mucha diferencia seguramente habrá para quien si, además de que igual sirven por si se deterioran por el uso, los 3 son magnéticos por lo que solo es levantar y colocar el otro, tanto el estuche como el cable se ven de buena calidad, en general creo que es un muy buen control considerando todo lo que incluye de extras, pero si decepciona que tenga ese tipo de fallos de fábrica, yo lo compré de oferta por 1400 así que aun asi siento que fue una excelente compré pero si me deja la incertidumbre de no saber si en un futuro próximo pueda causar problemas, lo seguiré probando para decidirme y si me lo quedo actualizaré el comentario después de un tiempo.
