    Ok... this is cart is worth 5 stars but I had an issue. I bought two of these for my boys for Christmas. They are amazing amounts of fun. There is a learning curve to control them as my boys are 5 and 7. But after a few outings in our cul-de-sac, the boys were pros. The reason for four stars is my younger boys cart developed a grinding sound in the motor after four or five uses. Razor sent me out a replacement motor, but all in all it took 2 weeks to get to me and came with no instructions. I am mechanical and did install it no problem, but it might not be so easy for others. All in all my boys love these carts and I think they are well worth it!

    UPDATE... after 3 months of use one of the two carts battery has begun to show signs of losing life. The cart is substantially slower and has a shorter life per charge. I’m ordering new batteries for both. Will keep updating.

    Please save your money and look elsewhere. We bought this as a Christmas present for our son. He loved it for about the first hour until it stopped working and would only drive in reverse. Looking on the internet we found this was a fairly common defect in the crazy cart. Why they would continue to ship inferior products with a known defect is beyond me.

    We contacted the seller and were offered a replacement part that we would have to install ourselves since we didn’t want to drive to the nearest service station (50 miles away). Part arrived within the 7-10 business days, but alas, it arrived with zero instructions. Again having to go to the internet for instructions, we discovered they sent us the wrong part - the motor for the Crazy Cart XL, which is not compatible with the Crazy Cart Shift.

    Overall shoddy product and poor customer service.
