Complete Set Gets Kids Building
This Deluxe Workshop comes with all the tools and building materials your child needs to complete their own construction project. The sturdy plastic tools are easy to handle, allowing kids to saw, cut, and nail without sharp edges or dangerous parts, making it safe for children to work on construction projects unsupervised.
The included plastic screws and nails are designed to securely fasten the foam pieces together to create sturdy objects. The 19 foam pieces--including dowels, posts, and planks--come in a variety of shapes and sizes, creating countless possibilities for construction projects. The set also comes with a hole cutter and borer to create wheels and window effects.
Toy Fosters Creativity
A great way to strengthen problem-solving skills and nurture creativity, this Deluxe Workshop lets your child come up with their own designs and figure out ways to build them. This set includes enough nails, screws, foam, and other building material for at least two projects (depending on the complexity) before needing to order a refill (sold separately).
For those in need of inspiration, the Real Construction Guide Book comes with basic drawings for six projects. These projects do not include measurements or step-by-step instructions, so children will likely benefit from adult guidance at the beginning. For those looking for detailed instructions, a number of how-to guides can be found on the Real Construction Toys Web site.

It is a fantastic learning tool. My grandsons always want to do woodwork with me and they do learn a lot but with very strict supervision. This teaches them all they need to know but completely safely. They can also build things without my supervision which they love.
We had no problems with the instructions as they can follow the simple pictures. If you want more detailed instruction simply go to YouTube and they have great instructions for all sorts of "real construction" projects. We just finished a couple of tanks and the kids were able to do 90 percent of it themselves.
I also bought them the RC electric drill with screw driver attachments. Again, fantastic. It worked really well and is nice and study. I am off to watch them make a plane now.
