What I appreciate most is that Mr. Price has been used to pray for people's healing... he has seen people healed and people walk away without healing. Where some might find a reason to be filled with pride ("I healed..." or "God uses me to heal..."), he does not. He is quite aware that even the faith to heal is as much a gift as the healing itself. And, in fact, it is a gift that is not present 100% of the time. Because if we were equipped with such a power to use at will, it could be used contrary to God's will. He explains that we have, at all times, enough faith for our salvation, etc. But healing faith flows as a gift from God ... and comes after a surrendering and realization that, more than healing, a person's true need is Jesus.
I cannot explain it nearly so well as Mr. Price. At just 111 pages, this book provides life changing understanding in what faith truly is ... a gift. "He imparts it and grows it, and all you have to do is receive it."
I only wish I could explain it how he does.
Christ had literally healed me without any man's touch; the entire world had given me up to die, THEN JESUS CAME (to me!)
AND CALLED MY NAME, thank you, Jesus. 5 years later I heard of this book from my Sunday School teacher in a very short
manner. I ordered it & when I came to one chapter, that title THEN JESUS CAME, everything that happened that Wednesday was played before me AND IN THAT CHAPTER. Thank you, Jesus. Kwame, Rhode Island
