No matter where you are in your recruiting career, I recommend that you read this book on a regular basis. You need to OWN this book. It is not only one of the best books ever written on recruiting (the others, by the way are also authored and co-authored by Steve - "Breakthrough!" and "Search and Placement!"), it is one of the best business books I have ever read.
I’m a technology Recruiter – lots of Business Development and Engineering talent in alternative energy market.
Up until last year, much of my recruiting has been networking in person and internet derived – using premium job boards, social networks (such as Linked in, etc) to find and develop relationships with candidates.
I’ve noticed since last fall that good quality resumes from job boards have dropped significantly and Linked in recruiting garners a 23% open rate……and a much less response rate.

This was the first book I purchased from Amazon American, it is the reason why I began to buy things from American, for I cann't find such great book in China.

It is well written and it doesn't matter if you are a seasoned recruiter or new to the game. This book should be on all decent recruiters' bookshelves.
I highly recommend Steve Finkel's materials to help refine your craft and become work class.
I personally would say that if you are looking for a prosporous career in recruiting, you need to study Steve's material.
