The world is calling for a paradigm shift, and Andrea has answered the call, sharing it with others to do the same in this book. It starts with ourselves, but so many of us don't even know what that looks like, so this is an amazing way to start. We can only meet others, including our calling, our passion, as much as we've met ourselves, and Andrea teaches us how, removing shame and stigma from mental health so that we can embrace ourselves, our story, and live an EPIC life! A must read to enjoy the freedom and beauty and amazingness of glorious YOU that the world NEEDS.
