and it really improved my communication with females, and took out a lot of the low-vibration energy associated to sexuality. Their podcast is amazing on their website. You can stream the audio tracks and that has been truly a life changing thing. I was a little too poor to purchase it, but just reading the book at a public library was intense.
I bought the book and offered it to my teenage soon but I think the title embarrassed him. It will be on the family bookshelf if/when he is ready. I also look forward to reading this again next year as there were several exercises I would still like to put into practice. This book is for everyone.
