I hear things I never heard from games before.. Feet moving, walking, running, it's weird. Positional sound, pin pointed. Nothing virtual, real drivers in the headphones.
Weird thing is every review is in languages other than English.. So, you need to know: Download the drivers from the manufacturer, nowhere else. Skip any virtual type add on.. crank the bass, do what the drivers tell you to.. I thought I was smarter and wasted so much time. Awesome for most games, but some bothered me like basketball, there was more environmental sounds then I ever heard before and was distracting.. Although that is exactly how those games are meant to be heard, it was a hard thing to deal with being so used to my normal 2.1 system. But when it comes to FPS or RPG's, I can hear my potential enemy WAY before I see them, no matter the direction they are coming from.
WHy are these cheaper compared to most true surround headphones? I dunno, I haven't tried them. But no joke, when I wanna be immersed in all the glory of a game.. You hear nothing else, just the headphones. They rumble in a very fun way.. I did up the bass levels, and I'd do it again!
