Dr. Fred's teachings and The Reality of Change
are the definitive guide for individuals and leaders to transform change from a fear based reaction to a systematic process and powerful ally. The teachings in this book should be required reading for all of us and will improve your leadership skills and overall happiness. For years I struggled with my own internal conflict and a common theme for many of us; believing that I had potential for greater achievements in my personal and professional life, yet not doing anything about it, giving into my fears and self-doubt and not living my dreams. It was not until Dr. Fred's teachings and The Reality of Change
became a part of my personal development, that I was able to overcome these obstacles and begin to view change as a predictable process. Through numerous major career transitions from clinical physician, physician executive, entrepreneur and corporate executive, the practice of these principals has allowed me to live intentionally, made crossing the line of commitment a less scary process, kept me going in uncertain waters, and led to incredible experiences and results. So begin reading, get going and keep rowing. --Alan Roga, MD

DR. FRED JOHNSON
is the results-oriented founder and CEO of InitiativeOne, Institute of Business Leadership. Founded in 1999, InitiativeOne is a leadership firm specializing in the development of an organization s most important and only sustainable resource, its people.
