It is very interesting that Iris points out that the fae are not that much different from humans on more than one occasion. There were certainly some fae I wanted to shake to make them wake up to see the truth in front of their eyes. Cannot say anymore because I don’t want to spoil anything, if you read the first two, this is a must read. If you haven’t read the first ones, you really should.
Another great addition to the series. Ms. Manifold has developed an in-depth world that comes alive with her engaging characters and vivid descriptions. Plenty of laugh-out-loud moments to get your chuckle on and to help relieve some of the court drama that takes place. Minor misspellings and typos but doesn’t take away from the story.
Please note that an ARC was generously provided in exchange for an honest review of which this is both honest and completely voluntary.
I received and voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book from the author.
I was gifted a copy of this book by the author.
I think one of the things I enjoyed the most from this series is the humor. I loved the banter between Drake & Iris. It was almost like he was her brother instead of Brennan's. There is so much much to love about this book. You have the fae, goblins, trolls, dragons and even werewolves. The world the author has created will pull you into the story and not let you go until the very end. I can't wait until book 4 comes out as I can't wait to read Drake's story.
