Bianca's book is a gem, it inspired me to increase my practice time to two(2) hours a day and add vibrational sound healing. No other book gets into sound healing
If you are interested in learning the methods of ZNQG, there are many good books available, please search Amazon for 'Zhineng Qigong'. I would highly recommend Ooi Kean Hin, master Yuantong Liu and Wei Qifeng. The book by Frank Chan is also excellent.
I am sorry to see the one(1) star reviews, those readers miss the point of her book. Her book inspires us, motivates us to stick to a daily regime of diligent disciplined practice. Books like hers are badly needed, real people sharing their personal journeys from disease to health. Parkinson's a disease that western medicine says is Incurable, Irreversible and progressive, Bianca with diligent daily three(3) hours of practice was able to cure herself in 15 months.
Since reading her book, I have thought about it a lot. The secret sauce to recovery is not the method, LQU or 3CM or level II or level III of Zhineng Qigong, it is diligent practice.
Dr Pang stress tested his methods over a period of 15 years, when he ran a medicine less hospital in China. They successfully treated hundreds of thousands of patients. Simplicity works, master Jianshe recently shared a photo of his student. This student had carcinoma below his eye and above his chin. The hospitals in China after a while said there is nothing more they can do for him, he started to practice La Qi, but he did it six(6) hours a day for six months. You can see the results for yourself. Zhineng Qigong works, but the biggest challenge is convincing people, motivating them to practice three(3) hours a day.

I have sporadically practiced various types of qigong, for many years--but have never committed to a lengthy, daily practice (the author recommends 3 hours or more) until I read this book. Reboot and Rejoice is like having a personal "healing coach" at your side to educate, encourage, hold-your-hand, and inspire you to get started NOW with a serious, disciplined practice. She recognizes that many of us, in need of such a practice, tend to put it off for another day. She flat-out challenges us with statements such as, "Why not try a time-out for jump-starting recovery? How about a good three months? Three months of several daily hours of qigong to attempt to re-wire a lifetime of neurological overload does not seem unreasonable." And then she proceeds to give us a very clear, easy-to-follow roadmap of how to structure such a dedicated practice.
Bianca Molle has an undeniable passion for the subject of self-healing. She walks her talk and generously shares her ever-growing experiences, knowledge and insights with her readers. Reboot and Rejoice is definitely a "must have" for anyone interested in self-healing with qigong. Thank you, Bianca, for writing such a practical and empowering book!
