I just bought this book. Haven't read all of it yet, but what I've read, I really like. Very detailed, and very informative. I plan to build a Gen VI 454 or 502 for my latest street rod, and this book answeres all of my questions. Very well done and worth the money. Invaluable reference.

The title explains it all. This book will take you through the differences between the classic Mark IV into the Gen V and VI updates. It could potentially save you $$$$ in parts and machining with those added bits of knowledge you need for decision making. It is the only book that is dedicated to the newer (not newest) generation blocks. Taking this book into account while reading a hot rodding text will take you far in building exactly what you want with the least surprises.
