It arrived late but very glad it did arrived when it did. Early Monday morning while working on an open dock warehouse. I re-injured my lower back on the left side while lifting a dock plate to unload a trailer. The immediate pull was so painful that my legs felt weak and I almost fell down. After barely making to the end of my shift I came home and jumped into a jacuzzi for almost 1 hour to help relieve the pain in my back. I also tried stretching. By early afternoon when I woke up from my nap, the pain had subsided but a huge knot was in my lower back and it almost prevented me from going about my afternoon. This arrived finally and I tried it. It is easy to set up and simple enough to figure out and use. I put the electric pads on the area that was all knotted up and pushed the button. Found a setting that comfortable and just relaxed as the electric massage did it thing. It last 15 mins but I did it for an hour. After this I put it and stretched and went about my day. At night I felt good and redid the massage session X 2 (30mins). I then put some heating ointment on and went to beds. The next early morning I was able to get up and go to work. The knot was gone and I was able to go to work. I am sure that the time spent nursing my back with being in the jacuzzi, stretching, and heat ointment along side this - they all helped me.

I have been wanting to try one of these, thinking there is no way this thing can provide any type of relief. Well, I was wrong! It absolutely does provide a ton of relief.
This unit comes with 8 sticky pads and it's dual sided so there are lots of placed you can put it. I've only had to use 4 at a time. I have neuropothy and have to take medication for it. I see a chiropractor 2-3 times a week. This unit provides sweet relief in between chiro visits.
I tested it on my Dad who was having sciatic pain at the time, and let's just say I lost my little unit! I will have to buy me another one now! He liked it so much and it really helped it I just let him have mine.
It's like it pulls the separated muscled together and firms them up. It reliefs a lot of tension and pain.
I like it because it's not as bulky as most TENS units. It takes 4 double AA batteries and is very light and portable.
I would recommend this product to anyone with pain issues.
I did purchase at a promotional cost and I am providing my honest unbiased opinion based on my use.

There used to be a time where this technology was out of the consumer's hands. This little TENS unit packs a great punch for all of your pain needs. The instructions are a little iffy but after a few uses you'll know what to do. Start with a low signal first and gradually build up. Make sure you get the right replacement pads because the stickiness will wear off over time. another great thing about this unit is that it is very portable and rechargeable which is fantastic because these things eat through batteries. The lithium ion is it that extra juice to do a great job. I highly recommend this unit!

I suffer from shoulder and neck pain. This is easy to use. The intensity is strong for me. It goes up to but I can only go to 6 at the most (depending on the area). However, my husband thinks a is nothing (or maybe he was just trying to be tough) It does temporarily relieve my shoulder pain. I use it everyday so the batteries get weak fast AND the pads lose it's stickiness.
