I love fruit pies and was hoping to get 35 fruit pies, however this book has muffins, breakfast bars, breads, balls, fudge and other deserts that are not pies.
Some recipes use strange terminology the meaning of which was not clear to me, for example I did not know how to interpret these instructions when the author was talking about dough "spread and darken the pie plate". This recipe ends with another puzzle "after colling - cover batt". Perhaps the recipes were translated using machine translation which can sometimes generate nonsense.
Another recipe calls for "paste chipmunks", the author claims that chipmunks and apples make the best pie flavor, but I decided to pass on it.
Many recipes use grams and are not written for US market. However, a few recipes do use ounces as measurements which tells me that the author is not the original author of the recipes but rather published a collection of recipes found on the internet.
I suggest you pass on this pie book.

Almost all of the recipes are in Kilograms. If you are going to sell in the American market,
you need to do so in pounds and ounces
She never teaches people how to make an actual pie crust but depends
upon prepackaged crusts. It is obviously written by a non- English speaker and has weird terms in it. For example
here are some that I wrote down: "Place a whole almond kernel instead of butter and sprinkle with hazelnuts of apricots."
"Paste of Chipmunks" (really, I am not joking) "1 sachet of vanilla sugar." This book was most definitely not professionally
edited by the publisher. There are several recipes that are not pies at all but breads with the term pie in the title.
If you are only going to publish 35 recipes for pies they all should be pies. So many Kindle cookbooks are very amateurish
but this one is filled with nonsense terms.
The one saving grace is that every recipe has a pic of the recipe.

35 Recipes of Delicious Pies with Fruits by Wanda Carter
Each recipe includes a color photo along with time dish will be ready in. A short summary of the dish and list of ingredients. How to make the dish are included and no nutritional information.
Surprised some dishes are using grams were others have US measurements. Not sure why but to me that means they got the recipes from another source-so they don't actually own the recipe?
You might be able to substitute some ingredients for a healthier option for your dietary needs.

Great little cookbook explaining and demystifying pie making. Most of the ingredients are readily available in anyone's pantry, maybe except seasonal fruit. I will recommend this book to all my friends and all my neighbors and coworkers. Enjoy !

Holidays are coming. I've already started my preparation for Christmas. Banana strawberry pie looks very tasty. What would you say? Consider to do some rehearsals with different recipes before holidays.
