"Recipes from a Teenage Chef" is a book full of delicious recipes that also address obesity, the need for exercise, and a topic that interests all young adults who are starting on their own, how to eat healthy and save money. The recipes are scrumptious, healthy, and reasonable in price in terms of this young chef's suggestions for ingredients and produce. I gave this to my twenty something niece who just flew the coop, and she told me that this book has been a life saver. She is just starting out and cannot afford going out to dinner, ordering take out, and buying frozen dinners. I was invited to her new apartment for dinner last Saturday. And boy I could not believe it. This is the girl who didn't know what a ladle or what a pot or pan was. She simply could not cook. But she proved me wrong and I enjoyed a supper for fit royalty. Thanks Christian.
a lazy cook) able to get recipes/ideas on quicks meals for me and my daughter, I was also pleasantly surprised to see information/ideas about healthy food and exercise. Further, it's so refreshing to have an author so young spreading this much knowledge. He's going far!!! Kudos!!
