Not your typical horror short. The cinematography and story immediately held me captive. Saw this with my daughter(15) and fiancé. We all wanted more. Tons of meaning crammed into a small timeframe. An excellent representation of addiction and the horror/humor it can be to the person and those with close relationships to them. It was unnervingly close to my own experiences of addiction; this is not often portrayed well in film. Especially in the south. Great display of variations in cinematography, angles, and lighting. Every line of dialogue in this film counts. I replayed it twice and sat smiling at how the storyline and frames slipped everything into place for an incredible thriller. Leaves just the right amount of unanswered questions to make it more of a psychological thriller than a common horror short. I'd love to see this expanded.

Though the film obviously

I had no idea so much could happen in an 18 minute movie. I hope it’s a prequel. You won’t regret this one. I was equally spooked and emotionally invested. Very interesting visually. Creatively impactful story. Stellar performance by the actor who played Grant. He really takes you for a ride. I think we fear bonded. Enjoy!

I enjoyed it because of the cinematography, acting and how it keeps in constant motion, not letting your relax. You're on the edge of your seat the whole time. Awesome film!

A suspenseful, tense look into the experience of recovering addicts through the lens of their sober or intoxicated perception of the world. Wonderfully acted by both Evan Williams and Matt Van Orden!
