Overall the story is good and I may re-read it at some point. The storyline moves very quickly and feels like it leaves more questions than answers. It makes the world less realistic and tangible and had me frequently trying to refer back to prior pages looking for scraps of information. Overall the story is engaging when it's understandable, so I may try a re-read later to see how the pieces fall together knowing what I know now.
This was a very interesting book! Getting the snippets from book 0 helped me to see a different side of some of the events that happened in this book. There was so much imagination and work put into this series that it is impossible not to see it. I really can't wait until book 2!
This was a really good book. I really like the supporting characters but the main character, Tina, was a little too clingy and whiney for my liking but overall it's a great read. Looking forward to the next book.
Let me first say that this was one of the most exciting books I've ever read. Red Moon's Reflection by Ela Lond begins with war. As the book shifts to present day, we find a woman who's kidnapped and forced to do painful tasks. However, there's much, much more at play and the main character's body houses an old soul that just happens to be her kidnapper's beloved. It's a riveting story that you'll find impossible to put down.
