**I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review**

I just finished the last book in the 69 Bottles trilogy. I was on pins and needles waiting for it to come out, and I am not disappointed! In Redeeming Kyle, Addison, Talon and Kyle struggle to adjust to the changes that have occurred in their lives. Kyle has a harder time with everything, due to his past. There were times I wanted to strangle him. Being sexy only gets you so far, buddy!

I've loved the trio from the beginning. Being myself in a marriage that started out quickly, I can relate to the almost instantaneous love and passion. Sometimes, it's immediate and you know and you don't want to wait to start your life (or lives). These guys totally encapsulate that sentiment. The love between the three is almost palpable from the pages of the book. Their lives are chaotic and hectic and oftentimes unbelievable, but Addison, Talon and Kyle do a great job of staying grounded and supportive of one another. Their relationship is beautiful.....and honestly makes me want to contemplate a trio relationship. ;-)

To be honest, the last 10% or so of the book wasn't really my style. It seemed as if the writing changed a bit and became a little choppy. I do realize, though, that in order to end the series, there were a lot of loose ends that needed to be tied up. This was probably the only way to do it. It just seemed different than the first half of the book. That didn't detract from the story or my love of the characters in any way.

Wonderful job, Ms. Derrick! You've definitely become one of my favorite authors, and I cannot wait to read more!!

I'm not even sure where to begin with this review. This book was fantastic. If I could think of unique adjectives to describe how good it was, I would, but I'm thinking I don't need to because you guys get the point. Even right now, I'm still trying to find the words to describe how incredible, heartwarming, and heartbreaking this book was.

In this last installment of the 69 Bottles series, we follow the relationship between Addison, Kyle, and Talon and watch as they handle life's challenges. I can't tell you how many times my heart broke while reading it. Ms Derrick certainly doesn't take it easy on the characters - or the readers for that matter. She lets you feel every nuance of their pain, their happiness, their doubts, their fears and whatever else the characters felt. Some parts of the book I saw coming, and some parts, not even from a mile away. As with Craving Talon, there was overreaction galore by you-know-who, but I just rolled with it. It was what it was.

There were lots of things I loved about this book, but my favorite was that it deals with forgiveness and second chances. It also (subtly) deals with how easily we can place people on pedestals and make it hard for them to simply be human and make mistakes. No one person is perfect, as is evidenced by my "overreactor" :), and allowances (within reason) should be made for that because, if we don't, well...we'll be sorely disappointed.

I won't lie, I was both happy and sad when I reached the end. Happy, because in the end, all of the pain and heartache and sacrifices that Addison, Kyle, and Talon went through was worth it. Sad because it meant that their story was over. So yeah...total bummer :(

But anyways, bottom line, I thoroughly enjoyed this book.

This book was a great wrap up for Addison, Kyle and Talon. The relationship that we have watched develop in the last two books has some more hills to climb, but in the end the three of them are stronger than the crap life throws at them.

I hate when a series I love comes to an end, but Ms Derrick did a wonderful job with this one. She was able to keep the suspense and characters in the air just enough to make me keep turning the page, and yet the writing was still as amazing as the other two.

This story (unlike the others) is told a lot more from Addison’s POV than the guys’. Early, very early, in the novel they are laying together and Addison shares her thoughts on their less than conventional relationship:

We don’t move, staying like this for some time. We hold on to each other and it’s pure bliss. I nearly forget what we’re facing right now. what Kyle said, about us being a triad, a threesome, and how no matter what, no matter whom, it doesn’t matter.

Their crazy world is definitely in for a little turbulence in this novel, but the three of them have such amazing ways of dealing with each other and life that I was confident it would all come out okay. AND the fact that the other band members got a little more attention and discussion in this book really made me happy, too. Eric (Peacock) is my favorite side character of the year so far. I wish he would have his own book!!!

The banter continues for a little while longer and my heart swells with pride that these guys are family, my family, our family, and regardless of the fact that we’ve only been together a few short weeks, the band thinks that our news is amazing. No one asks who the dad is; they all just congratulate Kyle and Talon together.
