This go-to scope gives hunters a great combination of low-end and high-end magnification, with a range that combines low-power field of view and high-power precision. This Revolution will be right at home in any terrain you fill your tag. The rebirth of an American legend; the all-new Redfield Revolution. Made in Oregon using state-of-the-art design, manufacturing, assembly, and testing techniques, the Revolution produces optical, mechanical, and functional superiority that no import can rival. The Illuminator Lens System combines premium lenses with cuttingedge multilayer, vapor-deposition coatings to provide unparalleled image quality, a greater usable field of view, and superior light transmission. For absolute long-range precision, the available Accu-Range reticle provides hold points to 500 yards with matchless simplicity and deadly accuracy, while meticulous attention to detail generates the ultimate repeatability and reliability of the Accu-Trac adjustment system. Painstaking design effort resulted in Redfields exclusive Rapid Target Acquisition (RTA) eyepiece, meaning no more missed opportunities because you couldnt find the sweet spot behind the scope. Tested to levels that literally render competitive scopes useless, you can rest assured that your Revolution is absolutely waterproof, fog proof, shock proof, and covered

Top customer reviews
The Glass is very clear and bright for the money, exceptional!!! The turrents have a nice audiable click as well as great feedback. The ACCU Range makes it extememly easy to set your elevation and forget it. You can reach out to 400 yards with a quick adjustent in posture. 200-300 yards is where I think the sweet spot is for this particular scope. Atleast on my rifle it is. I was very pleasantly suprised by the quality of the Redfield and for the price I would rate it better than the VX1 and the Crossfire II. I would absolutley trust this scope to feed my family, few hundred rounds later it still holds Zero. 5.56 doesnt have any real testing recoil but I've thrown my rifle around a bit and the Redfield stays put.
This is a contender in the price range, Nikon has aweful customer service and the Vortex just isnt built as good. Bottom line its a WINNER!!
- Has nice sight picture
- Knobs are small and compact
- Finish is very nice
- Relatively light
The picture is very clear. Matte finish matches my mount (Weaver SPR 1") and upper (DDM4V5LW). Adjustment knobs don't click as nicely as certain other scopes (Nikon), but you can tell when going to the next click. The rear knurled section rotates to fine adjust eye relief. There is a locking ring to hold it in place. The zoom ring is snug and smooth.
It was a matter of level and lining up the reticle. I used a 48" torpedo level and plumb bob for the scope, and a bubble level on the upper. Out of the box, it was hitting very close to bullseye at 25 yards. A few more rounds and adjustments and it was zeroed in. To get the long-winded explanations, look up National Shooting Sports Foundation on YTube.
Doesn't come with covers of any kind. Butler Creek covers work nice, as recommended by MFA's review. (13 EYE, 27 OBJ)
For the price, this is a very nice scope.
easy to bore sight and then zero in. Longevity is a big issue on scopes and that is
an unknown at this time. Should note, most scopes, from bottom of the barrel to
those of comparable quality, come with some type of lens protector. This one does
not, and while I have asked Redfield about that, have had NO response so not sure
what their customer service would be like if there were a problem with the scope.
