I currently have 2 planetarium programs on my computer. I use them daily - just like I was going to be out all night looking at the wonders of the sky. My first and best is Skyglobe. Somewhat slow and based, believe it or not, on DOS! It still works fine. The other is Hnsky, a freebie available on the internet, which seems to be a bit more accurate.
Redshift 7 is a fine program but I am not one to zoom around the universe. I have therefore put donated it to the pile of door prizes for some younger person to win at Wisconsin Observers Weekend, July 23-25th.
