Fits as expected, good quality construction, not much arch support but that is part of the design.
It's light, durable, comfortable, fits perfectly and is at a great price.
They fit very well and look good too, very pleased with my purchase

Product Description

Introducing the Nano 3.0, our most versatile training shoe ever constructed. The evolution continues with a Dual Density platform that provides the perfect combination of forefoot cushioining and heel stabilization. We added more flexibility and protection to the outsole with Metasplit grooves and RopePro wraps on the medial and lateral sides. We carried the innovation into the upper with a new DuraCage construction for the ultimate in protection and lightweight support. Now, you are ready to take on the toughest workouts.

Reebok was founded for one of the best reasons possible: athletes wanted to run faster. So in the 1890s, Joseph William Foster made some of the first known running shoes with spikes in them. By 1895, he was in business making shoes by hand for top runners; and before long his fledgling company, J.W. Foster and Sons, developed an international clientele of distinguished athletes.

    I finally destroyed my pair of Nano 2.0's and upgraded to the 3.0's. My first impression is that it's a much sturdier (and possibly lighter) shoe than the 2's - with the same overall platform/ shape. The toe guard on the tip of the toe box seems more substantial and possibly a reason that they fit slightly smaller than the previous pair. I use 'Superfeet' insoles and when swapping them into these shoes I actually had to trim a little off of the tip to prevent the insole from curling up in the toe box. I was an 11.5 in the 2's and bought the same in the 3's. It seems other reviewers have had sizing issues as well. Before switching the insoles I noticed that the manufacturer insoles were too small, causing my toes to fill the gap between the insole and the tip of the toe box.

    Semantics aside, it's a legit crossfit shoe. I'd be willing to bet these will break in just fine (size-wise), and assume that sizing up to a 12 would have been too roomy. I'm glad I got them, they are much better than the 2's. The nano 3 is the way to go, at a cheaper cost than the new 4.0's - which look like the exact same shoe.

    I don't just wear these shoes to the gym. I wear them everywhere. They're super comfy, light, and they provide a stable stance for weightlifting. They're alright for running, but lack arch support for long distance. Be careful if you're walking in these and it's raining or snowing. Tread isn't made for fast speeds on wet surfaces.

    In comparison to my cross trainers this shoe is much better for lifting. I feel more stable and strong through my legs and trunk when doing squats etc. I wouldn't recommend running lond distances in them but for short sprints or jogs that are part of a workout they are ok.

    I heard about this shoe, and because of the price was a bit eskeptical, started doing crossfit with running shoes, and was thinking to get a pair of lifters and keep doing WOD with my running shoes, now I dont have either lifters or runners, this shoe is the perfect combination of both, and is undistructible, mabe because of the flat surface that it has for the BOXEs flor, wont be the best running shoes for WODs that include running for more than 2 miles, then I do recommend running shoes or the now called crosstrainers shoes also if you have the money for it, get a running shoe and a lifter shoe (just for those big weight lift days), but if you want a shoe that is gonna adapt to every single workout, as far as Reebok shoes is, this nano 3.0 and 4.0 are the best choice!

    I thought the Nano Speed was the best Reebok shoe ever, but those geniuses replaced it with the Nano Sprint which feels like a totally different shoe, a shoe I don't like. The Nano 2's didn't feel comfortable to be but the Nano 3's do, so much so that I bought 3 paired. I've done 4 WODs in them am loving them.

    These are good shoes but they have to fit your feet for you to want to use them.

    Fit wise::
    They have a wide toe box (good)
    The heel runs a bit narrow compared to the newer model (so it's more like a running shoe fit).
    They have a bit of a minimalistic shoe feel compared to the newer model as well.

    Crossfit wise::
    They're fine for lifting, running, jumping, rope climbing, and pretty much any crossfit activity. They are slightly worse then the new model for lifting (narrow heals) and the top is slightly worse for rope climbs.
    Good shoes overall if they fit you!

    These are my first cross fit shoes. I was using my regular running shoes. The center of gravity is a bit off when doing Olympic lifts. These make a huge difference and give you a more stable feeling. If you learn to run properly these also work well for short runs.

    I am someone who tends to buy things a few generations old... (I am cheap). I'm actually still wearing my Nano threes. They work well. I had nano 2's before, and actually like them a little bit better. My only problem with the nano3 is the loose toe box. As I've talked to friends who have the Nano 4 and 5, most of them seem to like the 4 better. Of those same individuals, they seem to still like the 2 the best. Since I am both a cheapskate and a very not professional CrossFitter, I think the 2's will serve me just fine at a fraction of the price. I dont need kevlar for my occasional rope climb. Won't order 3's again.
