If there was a weakness to this book, and this is why I did not give it a fifth star, it is this, it seems the book was rushed to printing. By this I mean that there were so many missing words within the sentence structure I felt at times that I was reading the writing of a Jr. High's research paper. Tim's proofreader should give his/her money back for the job they did because they did a lousy job. I am no English major, not by a long shot, but I was getting distracted by the mistakes. This takes away from the quality of the read. Yet this is a good book and definitely worth the read and worth having on your shelf.
That being said, Houston's newest book 'The Referral Rules! 7 Ways to Get More Profitable Referrals' is still an excellent book that, for the beginner as well as the seasoned veteran, gives heaping helpings of great advice for generating referrals and keeping customers happy. I have no problem at all recommending it and, compared to other books on the subject, it is a definite standout.
This is the only book on referrals you will ever need to read.
