"Proves that Rozan's Shamus (for Concourse) and Anthony (for No Colder Place) awards were no fluke. This is a beautifully written book with a sophisticated plot, rich in both action and atmosphere."--Publishers Weekly (starred review)
"A fast-paced, rip-roaring ride...great characters, intricate plotting, and an exotic locale, beautifully described--who could ask for anything more? This is definitely a don't-miss book in a don't-miss series."--Booklist (starred review)

Oh, and my Kindle copy had a weird and very annoying formatting problem. A lot of the quote marks at the beginning of dialog were out of place. Not what I expect from a major house.
Having spent a lot of time in Hong Kong, made Reflecting the Sky even more fun to read. The locations and descriptions make you feel like you are there with Bill and Lydia.
Having said that, there are so many typos, it's annoying. The word "the" is "die" throughout, and a great deal of time is spent trying to figure out what the misspelled words are actually supposed to be. Whoever did the formatting for the Kindle should seek another line of work!
So, 5 stars for the storyline, and 1 star for Amazon Kindle.
