For iOS users: We do recommend that you configure HomeKit products in the Refoss app first. The Refoss app offers the latest firmware updates so that you can use the firmware in a more stable and secure way. Once paired up with Refoss app, the devices can be controlled in both Refoss and Home app.

For Android users: It works with any Android smartphone or tablet with OS 4.1 or higher. Android users will have an effortless experiences when configure with Refoss app.

Wi-Fi request: If you are having a Mesh Wi-Fi name for both your 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi and it keeps fail during setup. You may need to turn off the 5GHz on your Wi-Fi router temporarily. Make sure that your smart device is always covered by strong Wi-Fi signal, otherwise your smart device may not respond to Home app.

Ya los había comprado anteriormente, y me han funcionado de maravilla
- fácil instalación con HomeKit de apple, solo escaneas en código QR y se agrega a tus dispositivos, te toma menos de 2 minutos agregarlo
-si no tienes una HomePod o iPad no puedes generar rutinas pero puedes programarlas desde su propia aplicación (nada complicado ni del otro mundo) pero si no quieres rutinas y no tienes HomePod aparece en tus dispositivos de HomeKit y puedes prender y apagarlos tú mismo (al inicio lo hacía así o se lo pedía a Siri con el nombre que lo hubiera guardado como “oye Siri prende la lámpara” y funciona de maravilla)
-Si por alguna razón algún invitado o alguien llega a tu casa y olvidaste encenderlo en la aplicación, puede hacerlo manual, a lado tiene un botón donde lo puedes prender o apagar (adjunto en foto)
-son un poco grandes pero a mi no es algo que me moleste ( compré de su hermano marca Meross unos con 2 enchufes multi contacto y funcionan de maravilla)

Los compré para la programación completa de todas las luces navideñas de mi mamá en casa (odiaba tener que ir y desconectar o conectar) compre 2 paquetes estuvo de maravilla lo programé y toda la navidad me olvidé de eso.

Dato curioso tengo aproximadamente como 10 enchufes de esta marca, incluyendo unos de 2 conexiones y jamás he tenido problemas con ellos pero en este paquete de los 8 que pedí 1 no logré configurarlo de ninguna manera, no lo reconoce ni nada ( no sé si fue un defecto específico o circunstancial) si la empresa me puede apoyar lo agradecería no lo regrese porque no use todos en ese paquete y me percaté muy tarde y la verdad los demás servían sin problema

Aunque haya sido un defecto circunstancial los pediría nuevamente si llego a necesitar más en casa, es bastante cómodo usarlos (desde conexiones en tele, cafeteras, etc.)
