About the Author

Ann Corcoran was educated at Rutgers and Yale Universities and is a grassroots activist who was busy raising children and rescuing senior horses on her farm in Western Maryland in 2007, when she learned that the Virginia Council of Churches had been quietly dropping off Muslim refugees from Russia (among others) in Hagerstown, the county seat of Washington County, Maryland. She began researching the program, simply motivated by wanting to better understand the governmental process of the federal Refugee Resettlement Program and how it was possible for a non-profit "church" group to choose a rural community in another state for resettlement of impoverished and culturally/religiously diverse people without any local approval or discussion. To help keep track of what she learned and to help others around the country with the same concerns, she began writing the Refugee Resettlement Watch blog, which has now become the go-to place on the internet for anyone wishing to understand the UN-federal government initiative to "change" cities large and small across 49 states. She reports on these states rights issues and the unfunded mandates with their impact and costs on communities and citizens. Legal immigration programs like this one are in desperate need of reform. Mrs. Corcoran also reports on refugee and asylum seeker problems world wide.

Every US citizen should read this book. I knew this was going on but did not focus on certain details or have all the information this lays out. We are so focused on the "jihad" type terrorists, that we fail to understand that even though considered peaceful, all muslims have the same goal, which they think is good. Islam is being promoted in politically correct ways to cater to these people, being brought over as refugees, who do NOT have any intention of assimilating to our culture, laws and constitution. It may take time but they will wait. One has to wonder why the current president has NO problem attacking Christians, but cannot associate terrorism to the muslim religion. People forget about his muslim connections from childhood. Why does he have so many muslims in his administration? This is not the focus of the book, but I am sure he is applauding the "hijra" by the muslims, which Mohammed commanded them to do to spread Islam. This book is a real eye opener and we better wake up. No other religion demands special treatment as this one does. We offer religious freedom but when one of those religions agenda is to be supreme and eventually oppress the others, they do not deserve that same freedom allowed to the others. This book helps you understand their agenda, how it is being carried out and how it will affect US! I still am not done with it even though it is a small book. It frustrates me with what is going on so I put it down and walk away from it for a while. We are being manipulated in so many ways.

We are being hoodwinked by money-motivated quasi-religious organizations and our own government government to fulfill outrageously subversive political objectives at considerable public expense and weakened national security and public safety. While the taxpayers are being robbed, national security and public safety are being ignored and undermined. Some people make money, and some politicians get more votes, but the public purse, public safety, and national security all suffer, and many communities are blighted or destroyed. This is badly needed education on a gravely abused program with very serious public safety and national security concerns.

Well documented but with a Right Wing slant. As an atheist it just reminds me how screwed up humans are and how our religious beliefs are one of our biggest defects. Xenophobia and religious bigotry are a couple of the worst characteristics we have and will be contributing to our downfall. I believe almost everything documented in this book but it overlooks the larger problems of overpopulation, destruction of our environment and inability to come together as human beings and solve them.
