This has gaz written all over it and although "gaz has not taste" (a little facebook joke running around lately, probably referring to Gary Regan being a very tasteful person), he has a lot to write about and we are fortunate at that.
From tips on how to prepare oneself before a bartending-shift - a topic rarely covered so far - to unique and new techniques, top-of-their-game bartenders and a large yet carefully selected choice of great cocktails, all of which seem to carry a gaz-style to them...I mindfully do think this is an excellent bartending book.

As soon as the recipient opened the gift he was jumping from page to page reading bits and pieces and sharing it with other bartenders in the restaurant.
