Regency Wraps Natural Ultra Fine Cheesecloth
Incredibly useful for so many things
- Making Cheese
- Basting Poultry
Tightly woven, fine mesh for superior straining capability
This quality cheesecloth has one of the highest end counts for cheesecloth, hence the name Ultra Fine. It is very versatile and can be used for all your straining needs.
Since it is significantly heavier than regular weight cheesecloth, it eliminates the need to double and triple fold to catch even the tiniest of particles.
Regency Wraps Chef Grade Cheesecloth is Made from All Natural 100% Cotton and Contains No Bleach or Dye
Soak the cheesecloth in butter, wine or both! Spread it evenly over the already seasoned breast and about halfway down the sides of the turkey. Continue to baste over the cheesecloth with the turkey juices during the cooking process. Carefully remove the cheesecloth and discard for the last 30 minutes to allow the skin to brown.
Use to strain solids from liquids when making soup stock, gravy, yogurt, sauces, jams and jellies. Cheesecloth can also be used to make nut milk, Kombucha and tofu.
When making cheese, use Regency Wraps Cheesecloth to remove whey from cheese curds, and help hold the curds together as the cheese is formed. It protects the cheese while allowing it to breathe during the aging process. Also use Regency Wraps Cheesecloth to form and age Christmas Pudding and fruit cake.
There are 100's of uses for Cheesecloth in the kitchen and around the home. Use for everything from dusting powdered sugar, cleaning fresh spinach to crafting. It's even great for protecting shrubbery. Since it is lint free it's perfect to use for furniture refinishing, detailing cars, cleaning windows and mirrors.

Made of 100% 16 PLY cotton, it is strong enough for all trussing needs and won't cut into the meat, like thinner, linen twine. Perfect for trussing turkey, forming roasts, tying rolled steak or chicken breasts to keep in herbs or stuffing inside, securing to a rotisserie, and for creative food presentation such as tying up sandwiches. It is supremely useful around the house for securing fabric around canning jars, attaching gift tags, wrapping gift packages, creating stylish table settings, binding newspaper and magazines for recycling and even flying a kite

These versatile little bags pack a big wallop of uses in the kitchen and around the home. They are made of 100% cotton muslin, so they are safe for cooking, steeping, steaming and storing. A Bouquet Garnis is a collection of spices, which usually include Thyme, Bay Leaf and Parsley and maybe even Basil. While these herbs give zest to sauces and soups, consuming one of them can leave your guest bitter. I ordered this cheesecloth to help me strain kefir, and to use it as a cover for the jar so the mix can breathe. I also plan on using this for straining fruit purees for cheesecakes.
For the price (less than $5.00), the size is generous and will last me 6 months or more. I would definitely buy this again.
Recommend and will buy again!
For my personal edit, i used coconut oil and got amazing results, recommended plant matter at ~the percentage to weight ratio to use for the butter i used produced highly accurate results during the double boiling process, definitely use this for large or small ratios, it fits all your needs!!!
So for making my own nut milk I am going to buy bags and see what happens in comparison. So if you want to use it for simple at home nut milk making with your blender I would suggest for you to buy a milk bag instead of this.

Squeezing out every last bit of water was so easy with this thing; none of the tiny florets pieces stuck to it, nor did they squeeze through any openings.
The cheesecloth itself is huge I think I should have cut it into 4. It washed out easily under warm water and dried quickly hanging on the oven handle.
It is not worth the money. Wash in garment bag in washing machine or you will lose half the cheesecloth or by hand in the sink.
