"Enlightenment Now: The Case for Reason, Science, Humanism, and Progress"
Is the world really falling apart? Is the ideal of progress obsolete? Cognitive scientist and public intellectual Steven Pinker urges us to step back from the gory headlines and prophecies of doom, and instead, follow the data: In seventy-five jaw-dropping graphs, Pinker shows that life, health, prosperity, safety, peace, knowledge, and happiness are on the rise. Author: Ellie Keys
Main Characters: Reign, Jase
Supporting Characters: Brody, Gabby, Roman
Summary: Growing up with a drug addict mother, abusive step-father, and forced to sing in contests to make money for your “parents” can make you grab any opportunity that comes along to get away from it all. Reign wants to go to school for aviation but getting pregnant and having unsupportive parents makes everything that much harder. Will Reign find her voice before it’s too late?
Thoughts: What a beautiful story. I could not put this book down, and I felt so bad for Reign even when some of her struggles were due to choices she had made. The characters were so easy to love … or hate. This is one of those stories that grabs hold and doesn’t let go even after the story is over. Expect to laugh, cry, swoon, and maybe even scream with this masterful tale of struggle, love and standing up for your dreams.

I thoroughly enjoyed the book and the story line, it's like a young bird stuck in her nest high up the tree learning to fly, she takes a few falls but comes out soaring in the sky in the end.
I thought this was written in a mediocre pace, not too fast and not too slow, this is good.
The only thing that got me puzzled was when Jase and Reign went on their first date and the next thing I'm reading their an item? Did I miss the part were they became closer, it was a tad insta-relationship, not that that was a bad thing, I may have not read a scene where they got to know each other more before taking that step is all...
Apart from that I enjoyed what the author wrote in "Reign Again" and look forward to any future work of hers :)
Wow, the way this book was put together was phenomenal! I loved to get to know the people in this story. Growing up with Reign and getting to know the real and true heart she has was amazing, how she came full circle with her decision process was great to see. I am glad the way this book transgressed, it was so surprising to me and I am grateful that what I assumed was going to happen didn't. I am beyond impressed with Ellie, this is my first story by her, and I am looking forward to read more.
