This illustrated edition (which I ordered as soon as I learned about it!) is a fantastic addition to the original. It is not just the original with a few pictures thrown in, it is a completely new book where the words and the pictures flow seemlessly together to give even those who have read the original a new perspective and fresh insight.
I find that talking about evolutionary organizations is met with skepticism, but I intend to buy more copies of this book to provide other people with a more accessible introduction into a subject that I believe has so much promise.
This illustrated guide distills the theories and lessons from that book and presents them in an easy-to-digest format. I am buying copies for many of my peers as we look to advance our organization into a more effective model.
Read this book with a thought. It's definetly a profound reading. Highly recommended.
