<DIV><DIV>Mark Maraia, a 1983 graduate of the University of South Carolina, College of Law, and 1980 graduate of Villanova University, has been licensed to practice law in Colorado since 1983. He has worked in private practice and as in-house corporate counsel for a Denver-based brokerage firm, where he had responsibility for as many as forty outside law firms. He was also an adjunct professor at the University of Denver, College of Law, where he designed and taught a course on client relations.
