This is an area of weight management that is overlooked by the vast majority of diet/lifestyle books on the market.
Her product is well put together and has re-motivated me to manage my coping skills for stress (eating, being sedentary, etc) which ultimately sabotage any diet/exercise plan.
As the book progresses, she reveals the wide variety of research she has done and gives a great overview of lifestyle-changing tips that are based in this research.
It is a simple, straight forward book that is well-written and easy to read.
