This is an amazing self-helpful guidebook so far! I found this book a few weeks ago and didn’t miss my chance to grab & read it entirely. Throughout this read, I have come to know various effective techniques and right ways for eliminating stress, unworthiness, social anxiety, anger & sadness and so on. Both author of this book has done an excellent job and presented all these lessons so clearly & comprehensively. By the help of this book, I have understood about how to keep my focus on new opportunities, identify unproductive worry and much more things. Overall, it was a worthy reading and for sure I will recommend this book to all.

Initially, I borrowed this book (KindleUnlimited) for my teen daughter, who has serious issues with social anxiety and depression. I was hoping it might help her. But when I started reading it, I realized it was just as helpful to me too. As a mom, an employee, and a wife, I too have those moments, when I'm totally overwhelmed and the stress gets to be too much. After reading this book, I've discovered some new tools to keep the stress from boiling over in the future. Excellent resource.
