Hero wasn't likable. He was rude and mean.
The story continues with him making advances and taking what he wants from her sexually. She allows him to take what he wants. He's jealous and says mean things to make her cry. Finally he crosses her line and things end. He goes to counseling and reveals how hurt he was and why he's mean to her. Time has passed and one day he asks her for a date. Gives her normal kind actions and she falls back into bed with him. There's an HEA.
This book reminded me of this author's other book, "Whatever He Wants." Ignorant, rude, hero mistreats girl. Finally girl leaves. Hero realizes he needs help. Returns to girl. They reunite.

Heroine was a doormat
Dominic is disrespectful, forceful , and just a mess. He is also weak, which I despise. He embarrasses and demeans Krystina who happens to be a weaker part of this disappointment. Ms. Vaughn got it all wrong. I am appalled at how much Krystina takes and allows with simple "im sorrys", or how little this supposed heroine loves herself. It truly makes no sense. This isn't interracial romance. This is poorly designed 50 shades of gray with weak and pitiful star players. A man repeatedly forces himself on his love interest, openly degrades her in front of others, yet this is romance? No, I dont think so!
My opinion is don't waste your time. This book is complete and utter garbage.
