This stuff is seriously the best ! I’ve converted so many people from their lotions they’ve used for years to this.
My neighbor gave me some she had after open heart surgery that the hospital gave her.

It improves my daughters eczema better than any other creams we tried. It clears any skin irritation I’ve had so far. Even helps with scrapes and scratches.

We’ve been using this religiously for six years now and we call it the magic lotion. It’s seriiusly the best stuff ever

Gas mask advised; no longer unscented

I have used this previously unscented product before; this is NOT the same. As soon as I opened the box, I knew I was in trouble. The box was permeated with a scent that quickly set off a sinus headache. The packaging was taken outdoors, but the smell isn't going away. Hours after just handling the tubes, I have not yet been able to wash the smell off of my hands; it is just too persistent. My spouse transferred the contents to an empty tube, to see if that would help; it has not.
DAYS LATER: After days outside, there is no lessening of the scent. Either the manufacturer's website has not been corrected to show that this is no longer unscented, or a mistake has happened somewhere. Anyone who is sensitive to scents, will probably need to avoid this. Since my spouse transferred the 1 tube, I am uncertain about returning for refund, but I will try.

Great For Dry Skin

I work outside in the cold all day during the winter. My hands get very dry and often my fingertips crack. This cream is like a miracle cure for dry skin.

If my fingertips get to the point of splitting a few days after starting to apply this cream they've completely healed. Using it frequently will prevent the dryness and cracked skin.

I really like this larger size. My wife is a nurse and was able to get this (expired but still good...the hospital would discard the expired tubes) from her hospital. She's since moved to another job where this isn't used. I like this 4 oz size much better than the smaller tubes she'd bring home.

If you have problems with dry skin, give this a shot. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Meets Every Purpose Claim on the Tube

This is a cream for a specific need: if you wash your hands a lot, have a healing but clean wound, scratch or an area exposed to fluids (ie. perineal care etc) or areas that need to be maintained from drying out, this has the just right amount of silicone etc to make it happen. Stole it 2/3 empty from the nursing station (that they stole from central supply and they know it) and it lasted months. Good stuff.

I've seen the error of my ways, and decided to buy 3 tubes and even snuck one back to the nursing lounge. Where someone else will steal it.

I bought this product because it is what the NICU nurses used on our baby when he was there. I absolutely love it. They gave us a couple small bottles to take home with us and when we ran out, I bought a tube of butt paste - NOT the same! my baby got a rash with the butt paste, but with this, his skin stays smooth and clean no matter how much poop he blesses us with. It's an outstanding product.

Healed bed sores very quickly!

My mother has been hospitalized twice recently, and both times she came home with a bed sore. I purchased this, and it very quickly healed her skin. I make sure we always have it on hand. I like that it comes in a 3-pack.
NOTE: We have not had any "watery" tubes as a few reviewers observed. Our visiting med nurse and home care aide are very impressed with the crwam, and the healthy condition of my mother's skin.

My wife discovered this while she was in the hospital. My hands were so chapped and dry. I stated using it and within 3 days the improvement was amazing. It puts a silicone seal on on any part that you use it on especially you hands if you wash your hands often. It's not greasy. It absorbs in to your skin on contact. I haven't been able to find anything as good in any of the big drug stores. Good value for your money too. I highly recommend this product.

Very watery, not what I expected

I’m a nurse who obviously washes my hands multiple times a day.. I bought this after receiving some samples at work thinking it would be the same. The smell is the same but the consistency is very watery. When I squeeze it out of the tube I get a hand full of liquid first and I have to spend minutes rubbing it in otherwise I end up with globs of moisturizer all over myself. Definitely not what I was hoping for, although once it’s rubbed in, it does hold up well to hand washes. There isn’t a date on the tubes so maybe I received an old batch?

I’ve used this cream before as reps gave out testers at our hospital. I have ezcema on mainly my skin folds and neck. I’ve been making an effort to avoid using steroid creams due to all the side effects. The stuff works amazingly and I was completely sold. Keep it mind, it doesn’t seem to help during flare ups. In those cases, a hydrocortisone (my favorite being Cortisone 10) would be required just to give your skin a boost until as it heal.

However, it seems like the batch I reserved is defective or possibly expired? The consistency was not the same. It’s almost as if the water contecy seoerstes from the cream and your left with this paste that takes forever to apply.

So while I do still believe in the product, this particular order was a disappointment.
