With its brushed chrome look and no-slip side grips, this ergonomically designed trimmer is a pleasure to reach for in the morning. The thumb-operated wheel zooms easily to one of nine settings: 1 creates the stubble look, 9 evens out a full beard. This model is cordless; when plugged in with the adapter cord, an LED light indicates recharging is underway. The trimmers titanium-coated blades stay sharp, ensure a smooth cut with less pulling, and are lubricated for life and never need oiling. The trimmer is intended for use on skin and hair that is dry, not lubricated or wet. A mustache comb and cleaning brush are included. Remington covers this model with a two-year warranty.--Ann Bieri

I have owned this type of razor for a few years now, and I am very happy with it. I have used other beard trimmers in the past, but the design and ergonomics of this product are much better. It's rechargeable, and the battery life is good. It is easy to clean and maintain. There are more than enough trim length settings. I like that it is quite long which allows you to get at awkward angles quite easily. The only element I dislike is that the shaving surface is somewhat narrow. You need to go back and forth a few times to make sure you have even length, and if it was a bit wider it would cut down on that time. This is my second Titanium and the shaving head attachment is a little loose so it pops off during cleaning. The piece is plastic so it's a little delicate, and I can see it breaking quite easily. Otherwise I highly recommend this product.
I keep a hort stubble and a shaved head, and the Remnington does both very well. The battery life is fine, the grip is good. All in all I recommend this product!
Ordered Remington MB-35. Did not pay attention to what I actually received until I was ready to write this. Turns out I was sent an MB-30. The MB-30 is functionally equivalent to the MB-35 so I did not return.
This could be a one time shipping accident or it could be how this outfit operates.
Perhaps some of the complaints about Remington's elusive service are coming from consumers who purchased this product at 2-3 times the current price. How can you expect a company to hire phone consultants for a product costing less than what I paid today for a sandwich and cappuccino at Starbucks? This trimmer is less expensive than my previous Remington trimmer, which didn't even come with rechargeable batteries (no doubt costing more than the trimmer itself).
The problem I've had with previous trimmers--inconsistency and inaccuracy with the moving "cage" that regulates the length of the cut--seems reduced with the present model, thanks to a more precise dial and smoother gear mechanism. Time will tell whether the mechanism proves more reliable and durable than my previous two Remington trimmers. Even if it doesn't, I'd still consider this a worthwhile purchase.
[The horse got out of the stable since I wrote the above--a mark-up of over 100%. It's still the best trimmer I've owned. Call it fairly valued.]
I recently purchased the Remington MB-35 after my Norelco T990 died of battery failure. It had been ill for some time. I used to feel lucky if it held a charge for more than two days. So far the Remington is working out very well. I find it more accurate than the Norelco. It doesn't have a mustache trimmer but I find them useless anyway. Buy a good mustache scissor instead. It also doesn't come with a case so if you're replacing a Norelco save the case, the Remington fit perfectly.

One time through my beard and this Remington MB-35 is a pleasure -- particularly when compared against the Norelco AccuVac T870 that I recently bought (and have since returned for a refund). The Norelco unit wouldn't cut, it's battery wouldn't charge, and it sounded like a diesel truck.
Hopefully this positively contrasting experience will continue through the years. I had great luck years ago with a Remington electric shaver, by the way (which lasted about 8 years of daily shaving ... before the current beard).
I would recommend this purchase to all who use a trimmer of some kind. The transaction was simple, cheap and efficient. I would definitely do business again this way.
