Willa decides to go to New York to follow in the footsteps of her idol. She thinks she has everything figured out, she even has an apartment lined up. However, when she gets to the city, that apartment that she rented was a scam and she is now broke. At the Brooklyn Flea, she buys a jam and tells her story to the lady behind the stand. Little does she know that that would be the best move of her life. The woman, Leanna, who is Kurt Remington's girlfriend, hires her for a job delivering jam to a winery.
Justin is the owner of said winery and is older than Willa. He spent years bringing the winery to where it is now and not focusing on much else. When they meet sparks fly. Even though there is a big age difference, it almost seems as they were made for each other, just born in different years. They start to fall for each other deeply, but his past starts to show up. While visiting his parent’s vineyard, some unwelcome guest show up as well.
Can Willa and Justin find their love? OR will the past take them away from each other?

This was a great read. I could almost see Willa fitting in with the girls in the Seaside Summers series.
It is a funny, romantic, and lovely story and I really need more Justin. So can I say that Justin is my new favorite book boyfriend! Phew! I loved everything about this story, even Willa's unlucky but lucky start in New York! I wish there was more to their story! I need more Justin.
I was given an advanced review copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
A fun and entertaining novella about Willa and Justin. Willa wants to be a writer like Kurt Remington, but hasn't written anything yet. Her recent move to New York leads to the making of two wonderful female friends who help her get back and stay on her feet. In the process, she makes a delivery to an urban wine vintages where she meets Justin. The attraction between the two is instantaneous and soon they are spending every minute with each other when they are not working. And a lasting relationship develops between the two and life gets more defined for both of them together and individually.
A sweet read from Magan Vernon.
