I used to sell RC heli's.. So I knew exactly what to expect when I bought this - a relatively durable, but flimsy-looking 2ch heli that can barely fly straight. The trims are hard to figure out, and this is absolutely not an outside toy (unless it's completely dead outside, as wind will send this thing flying). Other than that though - awesome little office toy I bought for my GF. It's actually really durable compared to models I used to sell.. And the charge lasts about 7 minutes of consistent flight time.

If you're expecting an advanced flying machine - you're silly for thinking this was it. And that's in no way a negative/complaint towards the product or the seller.

I got this as a gag gift for my boyfriend. I obviously wasn't expecting some super high-tech gadget, but I wasn't expecting an all foam toy with some cheaply made control and power base either. The directions upon opening the package seemed fairly easy to follow, so we did just that--follow the directions exactly as stated. But even then this foam "F@*k" would not work. As a matter of fact, the whole thing would even charge to truly know whether or not it worked.

Apparently a little light is supposed to turn on to alert you that the item is charging, but that never happened. However, when we tried to shimmy the cord out of the charging socket to put it back in its packaging the light showed some signs of life. Despite the momentary glimpse of hope the "helicopter" gave us, there was no use in it. I didn't return it in time, and as much as I would still love to actually be able to use a WORKING "helicopter" I certainly don't plan on reordering it anytime soon.

I prefer to teach my kids bad words are words that hurt people.
Anyway, this thing is just fun; and not just for the word. We've been having a good time seeing who can make it hover longest and where we can land it. It's really light so we've been flying it around the house. It's too light to cause any damage. It holds a charge pretty good too; just long enough so that the charge starts wearing off when it starts getting boring.

I know how these toys are made, so I knew what to expect. I bought this as a gift for my father for Xmas. He loves it and flies it around the kitchen to amuse himself and annoy my mother. Note that this isn't going to be as controllable as a heli toy is in this price range, you are paying for the novelty. If you know how fragile it can be and know the right person, this is an excellent gift.

Hilarious, but delicate

My family loved playing with this item, and to see this word flying around the room is worth a good chuckle. However, there are challenges in making it fly and anything short of the gentlest, best-executed landing will leave you with the thing in multiple pieces.

We thought it was still worth the laugh.
