I purchased this winch mount for my Warn Premium M-8000 winch. I was amazed how easy it was to mount my winch without any alterations. All of the mounting bolts for the winch fit perfectly through the pre-drilled holes. The roller fairlead even bolted through the pre-drilled holes and didn't require me making any alterations for the opening. The adjustable extension handles have a great finish and really aid in carrying the mount and placing it in the receiver. This is an exceptionally well made unit and all welds are smooth and straight where they are supposed to be. If you didn't know it, you'd swear that warn custom made this mount for my winch.
In perusing most of the various reviews on portable winch mounts before I purchased this one, I saw one complaint on every make and model that seemed to stand out. It seems some of these mounts tend to rattle when you're driving on rough roads. I fixed any chance of this happening by drilling two small holes in the bottom of the receiver, one ahead of the pin about 2" and one behind the pin about 3". I threaded the holes with a fine thread and placed set screws in them. After mounting the mount, I tighten the set screws and the 2" bar stays really tight without any rattles. Just make sure you put some heavy grease in the threads for easy removal later on.
