I thought this would be a good option since they are not bleached white. Turns out that they are just a bit bigger and are an uneven, thinner paper. This results in the filter material shifting a bit when locking it into the AeroPress. This morning, I made coffee and I noticed that there was very little resistance when pushing the plunger down. Seems the small shift in the placement of the paper filter resulted in a "blown" seal and a lot of the coffee grounds ended up in my cup. Same thing with the previous use. I'm throwing these away and buying the right stuff. Wasted money.

These are PERFECT for those of you who love watered down, weak coffee with a funky taste.

For those of you who prefer strong coffee that tastes like the actual bean, I'd recommend you purchase elsewhere. The water ran through so quickly that it had no time to steep. There's a bitter, earthy taste that wasn't present when I was using my old filters.

Made in China 🤷🏻‍♀️

Unbelievably wasteful packaging!! 1,000 was the minimum. They were packaged in groups of 100, each group in a sealable, plastic bag. All 10 of these were then another plastic, sealable bag. Also, filter was manufactured in China. This generally does not bother me however, I probably wouldn’t have purchased coffee filters from China if the description had indicated this.

These do not fit my aero press well, they are too large. I can use them, but I have to position them carefully. I often get coffee leaking out the side of the base when I press the aero press plunger down.

Great coffee filter, but cut a bit large

I do love the unbleached paper that is used on these filters. Sturdy and has a texture to it that I imagine helps some. Seems to be the same paper as some filters I'd obtained a year or so ago and have been very happy with. I also like that they are packaged in individual packs. I can set one aside for camping and travel and not have to repackage anything. It's a little thing, but it's handy.
But, as others have noted, these are cut a bit large for the Aeropress. Still usable, but it requires more manual dexterity and finagling than I want to deal with in a caffeine-deprived state, so I'm docking one star for that. My solution was to take stack at a time and shave down the perimeter a bit with a kitchen microplane until they fit better.

these would be fine if they were exactly the right diameter. but theyre not. they have a tiny fold in them because theyre just a tad too large.

most likely qa issues, but this means more water goes through the sides and that means less great of a coffee.

There are no 500 sheets at all. They claim to have 250 sheets per pack. I use one sheet a day. Now it took 90 sheets for 3 months, and there are less than 30 sheets left! There are only 115*2 sheets in total! I do not recommend everyone to buy!
